How to Use MediRoute
Step 1: Download & Sign Up
Download the MediRoute app from your app store. Create an account with your phone number, email, and basic health information.
Step 2: Choose Your Pharmacy
Browse partner pharmacies in your area. Select your preferred pharmacy based on location and available services.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Upload your prescription or provide your prescription number. Confirm your delivery address and any special instructions.
Step 4: Confirm Payment
Choose between pay-per-delivery (R45) or a monthly subscription (R99). Payment is processed securely in the app.
Step 5: Track Your Delivery
Once your pharmacy confirms the order, our rider picks it up. Track them in real-time on the app map.
Step 6: Receive & Confirm
Your rider arrives at your door. Verify your identity and medication. Rate your experience to help us improve.

Is my medication safe during delivery?
Yes. All riders are trained in medication handling and undergo background checks. Medications are transported in temperature-controlled bags and tracked the entire journey.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently cover Paarl, Wellington, Franschhoek, and surrounding areas in the Western Cape. Check the app to see if your address is in our coverage zone.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are completed within 2 hours. You'll see estimated time in the app based on pharmacy location and current traffic.
Can I set up recurring deliveries?
Yes! Our monthly subscription (R99) includes 2–4 deliveries and recurring order setup. Perfect for chronic medications.
Is my health data protected?
Absolutely. We comply with POPIA (South African data protection law). All personal and health data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
What if I have a problem with my order?
